Greetings, chums! Long time, no see!

Happy New Year, everyone! I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas, and that you have a positive 2015!

I will start mine by saying…‘Hooray! My website is restored!’

It’s been a long time in the making but I’m pleased that my website is finally functioning again. I do apologise for leaving it in such a sorry state for so long, but much has changed over the last few years. Learning to drive, getting on radio, covering local events, work, becoming an uncle, and with several projects on the go, this website has had to be shunted to the backbench.

However, all is now more professional-looking again, and I’ll do my best to keep on top of it and avoid neglecting it again. I’m still on Facebook and YouTube (both of which you can check out under ‘Links’), so tune-in there for updates of ongoing projects, as well as my radio show ‘The Box of Stuff’, every Tuesday night on Beartown Radio at 7pm.

Writing-wise, my 2013 radio serial ‘Bear Spirit’ is released in podcast novel form courtesy of the great folks of! Check it out HERE at Also, I’m in the midst of re-writing ‘The Saviour & Hi-Jax’ – the long-awaited sequel to ‘The Saviour’ – for a 2015 release (that’s the plan, anyway), so plenty of stuff to expect in the foreseeable future.

Take care, everyone. Stay tuned!

Happy New Year!

“In the case of news, we should always wait for the sacrament of confirmation.” – Voltaire

Happy New Year, one and all!

That feels weird saying it in February…

Anyway, good start to the year so far. Had a book signing at Waterstones in Macclesfield just recently and it turned out to be a great success! Sold and signed ten copies, which equalled my result at the WHSmith book signing last November and sold out the number of copies the Waterstones team ordered! Truly great indeed, and I met some new people who took the chance to enter the world of The Saviour. Thank you to everyone who purchased my novel and talked with me on the day, and a BIG thank you again to the staff at Waterstones in Macc.

Now…I ask for all your support again. The voting for The People’s Book Prize for Best Fiction (Winter Collection 2011/12) closes at the end of the month, and needless to say, I’d be thrilled to actually win it. PLEASE vote for The Saviour at the link below:

Also, I have written a brand new short story called The Motivation Prize to promote my nomination for the People’s Book Prize. There’s a text version available to read at DeviantArt and an audiobook version on YouTube. Please check them out on the following links.

And finally, keep following me on Facebook!

I’ve got an actual gig lined up soon (NOT my AWFUL Poems…ON STAGE!!!), at Congleton Library. This is in the works at the moment, so stay tuned! The next update should have news about signed copies of The Saviour for sale on eBay and My Prose getting a bit of a revamp. That’s all for now!

Feel free to e-mail me on!
